This bachelor thesis deals with machining and at the same time manual work needed in industrial production. The purpose is to describe in general the machining process and machining technologies of turning, milling and drilling, which are among the machine machining methods. The next part focuses on the characteristics of manual operations in production, especially on measuring, scribing, sawing, filing and cutting. The last part of this topic deals with the production process of plastic windows and doors, related to the manufactured order.
Production technology of parts
Havlát, Pavel ; Kolář, Ladislav (referee) ; Osička, Karel (advisor)
Work deals with production technology of part shaft type. In the first par of the thesis it’s described problems of machining (history and development of machining, the emergence of splinter, cutting force and the heat generated during machining). The next part focuses on the choice of machines and tools, descriprion of the technological process production of part and proposal of NC program followed by testing at machinery park IMT. The final part focuses on analysis of machine time for each operations.
Zpracování učebního textu odborného předmětu
Fidrmuc, Stanislav Jan
The presented bachelor thesis deals with the topic of creating teaching texts and textbooks. The theoretical part of the thesis discusses the methodology of creating textbooks, including the views of several experts on the creation of text-books. The practical part deals with the creation of a textbook for professional mechanical training in the field of programming CNC machine tools. The construc-tion of the textbook is derived from curricular documents. Then follows the crea-tion of materials, pictures and the creation of the teaching text itself. As an appen-dix there is one prepared presentation and one chapter for teaching one topic.
